This month the Chapter Chatter Book Club will be discussing The Magic Misfits by Neil Patrick Harris. When street magician Carter runs away, he never expects to find friends and magic in a sleepy New England town. Things change instantly when Carter teams up with five other illusionists to save the town of Mineral Wells from the greedy B.B. Bosso and his crew of crooked carnies. Children in grades 2-5 are invited to the library to discuss the book and participate in related activities, and maybe even learn a bit of magic themselves. Attendees should have read the book before the meeting and bring the book with them; copies will be available at the library.
