Family Paint Time - Bubbling Up

Come to the library and paint along as we learn to paint bubbles. Get ready to welcome Mike the Bubble Man when he comes to Sterling this month and create a beautifully bubbly work of art! Ages 6 and up; under 10 must have a supervising caregiver, who gets to paint along!
