Hey, everybody -  come and hoop with us! Kat Suwalski, founder of WildKat Hoops, will come to Sterling to lead us in her unique brand of joyful  hulahooping.  Kids can mark the WRSD early dismissal day with some healthy and creative indoor play, and everyone else can join in the fun! Dance, play and exercise while learning to wield your hoop. Show off your moves and learn some new tricks–as Kat says, life is better with a hoop in your hands! Come ready to move.
